Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Copyright and Trademark Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for any designs, logos, artwork, text, images, trademarks, or graphics submitted for printing.

By placing an order with ONO Packaging, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the design or artwork submitted
  • OR you have obtained the necessary permission from the copyright or trademark owner.

ONO Packaging will not be held responsible for copyright infringement, trademark disputes, or intellectual property violations related to customer-submitted content.

Customers must ensure that submitted designs do not violate:

  • Copyright laws
  • Trademark rights
  • Privacy rights
  • Publicity rights
  • Any other intellectual property laws

Additionally, customers agree not to submit any material that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, or harmful.

Customer Content Responsibility

All content submitted through the website or during the order process remains the responsibility of the customer.

This includes:

  • Text
  • Images
  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Brand assets
  • Product information

ONO Packaging does not control or monitor all customer submissions and therefore cannot guarantee the legality, accuracy, or quality of submitted content.

If any content violates our policies or applicable laws, ONO Packaging reserves the right to reject or remove such content and cancel the order if necessary.

Customer Account Security

Customers who create an account on our website are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any orders placed using your login information.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us immediately.

Design Files

Design previews provided by ONO Packaging may be supplied in lower resolution formats for approval purposes.

If customers require high-resolution or editable design files, they may request them by contacting our support team. Additional charges may apply depending on the request.

Customer Submitted Artwork

Customers must ensure that all submitted artwork is prepared correctly for printing.

Artwork requirements include:

  • Minimum resolution of 300 DPI
  • Correct CMYK colour mode
  • Proper dimensions and bleed settings

ONO Packaging is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect artwork files, including:

  • Blurry or pixelated images
  • Distorted graphics
  • Colour changes caused by RGB to CMYK conversion

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their artwork is print-ready.

Proofing and Final Approval

Before printing begins, customers will receive a digital proof and job specification sheet for review and approval.

Customers must carefully review the proof for:

  • Spelling errors
  • Design placement
  • Image quality
  • Colours
  • Box structure and dimensions

Once the proof is approved by the customer, the order will move to production exactly as approved.

ONO Packaging will not be responsible for design or spelling mistakes approved in the final proof.

Customers are strongly advised to print the proof at 100% scale when reviewing the design.

Colour Accuracy

ONO Packaging makes every effort to match colours from submitted artwork as closely as possible.

However, due to printing processes, material types, and ink limitations, exact colour matching cannot always be guaranteed.

Printed colours may vary slightly from digital screens.

Colour reproduction is typically within 90% accuracy of the approved proof.

Customers requiring precise colour matching may request a hardcopy proof for an additional fee.

Materials Notice

Standard packaging materials used by ONO Packaging are not automatically food-grade.

If packaging will be used for food products, customers must inform our team before placing the order so suitable materials can be arranged.

Customer Responsibility for Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before printing begins.

ONO Packaging will not be responsible for errors resulting from:

  • Incorrect graphic placement
  • Spelling or grammatical mistakes
  • Font issues
  • Incorrect box folds or die cuts
  • Missing design elements
  • Incorrect product dimensions

Carefully reviewing proofs helps avoid production errors.

Indemnification

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to protect and indemnify ONO Packaging, its employees, partners, and service providers from any legal claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Copyright or trademark issues related to submitted artwork
  • Any customer-submitted content used in production

Order Cancellation Policy

Because custom packaging production involves design preparation, material allocation, and manufacturing scheduling, cancellation fees apply depending on the stage of the order.

Design Orders: Payments for design services are non-refundable once design work has started.

Returns and Refunds

All packaging products produced by ONO Packaging are custom made according to the customer's specifications.

Due to the customized nature of these products, all sales are final.

If an error occurs due to ONO Packaging, we may offer a replacement or reprint of the order after reviewing the issue.

Refunds are generally not provided.

Reprints and Claims

If customers receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, they must notify ONO Packaging within 3 business days of delivery.

To request a replacement:

  • At least 99% of the order must be returned
  • Return authorization must be obtained from ONO Packaging
  • Products must be returned within 10 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and Delivery

Production begins only after final proof approval.

Typical Production Times

10–14 days Standard Production
8 days Priority Production
6 days Express Production

* Orders approved after 11:00 AM may require one additional business day.

Delivery Delays

ONO Packaging strives to meet delivery timelines; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Technical issues
  • Supply chain disruptions

ONO Packaging will not be responsible for damages caused by such delays.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery. If damage or missing items are identified, customers must report the issue immediately to both:

  • The delivery courier
  • ONO Packaging

Claims must be submitted within 3 business days.

Quantity Variations

Due to manufacturing industry standards, orders may have a ±5% quantity variation. Customers may receive slightly more or slightly fewer boxes than ordered.

To avoid shortages, customers are advised to order 10% extra quantity when exact numbers are required.

Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The ONO Packaging website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

Limitation of Liability

ONO Packaging will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions

This applies even if ONO Packaging has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services shall be handled through the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
